We will share a fuller transportation plan as details firm up. For now, here is what we can confirm—and what is still to be announced.
Florence Airport (FLR)
Florence Airport is approximately 1 hour 20 minutes from the venue by car. It is currently our primary recommended arrival airport.
Other airports

Group transportation
To be announcedWe plan to prioritize group transportation when it can be arranged. Pickup locations and times provided by Oliver & Corley will be published here when confirmed. We will not list options that are not yet confirmed.
Rental cars
To be announcedA rental car is optional. Prefer group transportation when available; guidance on driving in Chianti will be added if needed once recommendations are finalized.
Passports and visas
Please confirm your passport is valid for travel to Italy — many countries require at least six months’ validity beyond your travel dates — and check whether you need a visa. Requirements depend on your nationality.

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance that covers unexpected flight, medical, and transportation disruptions.
If flights are cancelled, or visa, passport, health, or transport problems arise, the wedding still goes ahead and accommodation fees are not refunded. We strongly recommend travel insurance that covers these situations.
