Answers we can share today. Where a detail is still open, we say so rather than guess.
What dates should I plan for?+
The wedding weekend is Thursday, March 18 through Sunday, March 21, 2027. The wedding day is Saturday, March 20.
Which airport should I fly into?+
Florence Airport (FLR) is about 1 hour 20 minutes from the venue by car. Other airports may work; we will list drive times once confirmed.
How much is accommodation?+
A couple sharing a room: €1,200 total for three nights. An individual guest in a private room: €1,200 total for three nights. Flights and transportation are not included.
Can I stay fewer than three nights?+
Due to our agreement with the venue, a three-night stay is required. Please contact Oliver & Corley if your circumstances make that difficult.
Can I bring outside food or drinks?+
Because the venue is providing all food and beverage services during our celebration, outside food and drinks may not be consumed in the venue’s shared areas.
How do I RSVP?+
Use the private RSVP link on your invitation. There is no public code-entry page on this site.
When is the RSVP deadline?+
To be announced. Please RSVP as soon as you are able so we can finalize reservations.
When is accommodation payment due?+
Guests pay the venue directly. Bank/wire details and payment deadlines will be shared with you later.
Are plus-ones or children invited?+
This is an adults-only celebration. Because venue space is limited, we are not able to invite children. If you have a question about your invitation, contact Oliver & Corley.
What should I wear?+
Attire guidance will be shared once confirmed.
Is transportation provided?+
We plan to prioritize group transportation when it can be arranged. Details will appear on the Travel page when confirmed. Do not assume shuttles until they are listed there.
Should I buy travel insurance?+
Yes. We strongly recommend travel insurance covering unexpected flight, medical, and transportation disruptions. If flights are cancelled, or visa, passport, health, or transport problems arise, the wedding still goes ahead and accommodation fees are not refunded.
How do I update my RSVP or reach you if plans change?+
Use your invitation RSVP link when available, or contact Oliver & Corley using the details on your invitation.
